    水泥混凝土的质量性能直接影响到钢筋水泥混凝土结构的强度,在建筑工程中,水泥混凝土施工步骤较多,工序比较复杂,每一个环节以及材料性质都会对混凝土性能产生重要影响.需要一个完善的体系以便促进整个混凝土施工过程的进行,通过质量管理体系来建立严格的施工制度,保障施工人员规范操作,从而确保混凝土施工过程顺利的进行.
