    Abstract：

    对于传统的总承包模式,应用在装配式建筑的总成包管理中不能十分的切合,传统的总承包模式分为一般性的总承包模式和总承包管理模式两种,以BIM模型为依托,建立其现代化的信息总承包管理模式,有利于总承包模式在各个阶段的管理能力提升.为了促进总包模式的发展,可以利用政府政策性的引导,提出特色性的招标条件,培养专业人才,完善评价体系等手段方式.
