    现在讲生态文明建设,讲节能环保,这已经成为国家战略.在建筑当中暖通是能耗大户,但在建筑当中暖通也是非常重要的基础设施,是保证建筑功能性的关键.这就对暖通设计提出了新的要求,既要保证建筑的功能性,又要保证节能减耗.围绕当前的现实状况,建筑暖通设计落实新型节能设计理念,具有非常显著的现实意义.
