    水利水电工程与社会发展和人民日常生活联系紧密,具有施工量环节多、工序烦琐复杂、较为危险等特点.近年来,质量低劣的工程安全事故频发,人们对水利水电工程的安全和质量问题给予了更多的关注.本文首先分析了水利水电工程在安全方位的特点,然后总结了提高安全管理水平的若干对策.
