    Abstract：

    高层建筑在现阶段城市发展中越来越常见,高层建筑的应用确实表现出了多方面价值,但是同样也存在着较为严重的能耗损失问题,应该作为未来建筑行业节能优化的重要目标.本文就重点围绕着高层建筑,从设计阶段入手探讨了如何采取恰当的节能设计手段,提升建筑物节能水平,规避能耗损失.
