    近些年来,我国经济正在如火如荼的向前发展,随之建筑行业得到了极大的发展,建筑工程建设规模和数量不断扩大,这就为人们的生产生活提供了便利.在建筑工程中管理贯穿于整个施工过程,管理工作的有序进行可以保证工程施工质量和进度.但是在实际的施工管理中始终存在一些问题,这样施工单位就需要针对存在的问题加强施工管理,以此提高建筑工程的整体效率与质量.
