    时代在发展,水电工程在进步.平心而论,我国现阶段利水电项目开发建设的施工过程中,存在多种风险因素:环境因素风险、施工技术风险等,这就使整个施工建设经济效益存在诸多隐患.文章就水利水电项目风险管理进行一定探究与分析,并且提出一些策略和建议,以供参考.
