    作为农业经济建设的物质保障,农田水利工程是建立和谐社会的根本设施.就目前我国农田水利管理情况来看,管理质量与效率都较低.对此,此文简单介绍了我国农田水利管理中的问题,以某省作为例子详细分析了农田水利管理和防洪抗旱中的问题,并提出了相应的处理措施.
