    Abstract：

    目前,建筑工程项目的数量和规模不断扩大,在建筑工程施工过程中会消耗大量的水资源和土地资源,为了有效的减少施工过程中的资源耗费,提升工程的经济效益,要充分将绿色施工技术运用到房建工程施工环境中.应用绿色施工技术可以有效的解决施工过程中存在的一些问题,同时可以提升房建工程绿色健康发展.本文笔者根据工作实践经验对房建施工中绿色施工技术的应用进行了分析和探讨.
