    Abstract：

    工业用地在城市中扮演着双重角色,一方面工业用地作为制造业的空间载体,为城市创造税收和就业;另一方面工业产业污染,影响城市人居环境.在快速城镇化的进程中,人口和用地快速往外扩散和聚集,工业在城市中区位关系亦在不断变化.本文以南昌市为例,分析15年间的工业用地时空演变,剖析演变背后的成因,并以此提炼工业用地布局建议.
