    本文简述了机电设备的本质安全.通过对机电设备和系统安全内涵的分析,提出了安全的三要素人员、机电设备和人员与机电设备的关系,以及安全技术的基本内容.界定了机电设备安全标准化的理论、范围和内容.同时,通过分析国内外机电设备安全标准的现状和发展趋势,提出了SAC/JC231机电设备安全标准化技术委员会今后工作的主要任务和目标.
