    Abstract：

    近年来我国电力行业不断发展,尤其在电力系统运行方面,相关专业管理部门提出了越来越严格的要求.为了保障电力系统持续处于正常的安全稳定运行,就必须促使电力系统变电运行安全管理工作得到强化,同时加强对变电设备的维护保养工作.根据目前的情况来看,现代电力系统的变电运行工作并不具有良好的管理和维护,所以有必要对电力系统变电运行安全管理与设备维护工作进行探讨.
