    随着科学技术和我国经济的快速发展,土木工程已成为重要行业,随之土木工程建筑施工企业与日俱增,在土木工程进行施工时人们越来越关注土木工程管理与工程造价的管理,作为管理人员需要加强施工过程管理,管理制度趋于完善的同时更好的把握造价控制问题,只有这样双管齐下才能使效益得到最大化转化,完成工程造价控制,保证工程顺利完工.
