    市政工程作为城市的基本组成部分,对于城市功能的完善有着非常重要的意义.随着我国市场经济的不断发展,市政工程施工也朝着市场化的方向进行发展,对于工程施工效益也就提出了更高的要求,只有对市政工程的造价跟成本进行严格的管理跟控制,才能够保质保量的完成市政工程的建设工作,促进市政工程项目的稳定运行.
