    土建工程的建设是社会经济发展的必要条件,并且土建工程建设的经济性也在一定程度上体现着其价值,通过土建造价控制来保证土建工程的经济性不失为有效且必要的措施.工程土建造价控制是对建设资源的合理调控,借此来减少可有可无的投资,降低工程土建施工成本,能够为土建工程的高效、节能建设提供重要的保障.因此文章重点就土建工程造价控制存在的问题及对策展开分析.
