建筑施工行业的发展方向是坚持绿色环保,且企业依靠管理上的创新才能够保持竞争地位.现代建筑工程建设规模逐渐扩大,绿色建筑施工管理要求建筑施工管理工作的执行,能够对建筑施工的所有环节进行严格把控,保证施工每一项环节按照规范进行,施工资源利用有效率提升,避免施工期间出现资源浪费、工期延长等问题.因而绿色建筑施工管理在建筑施工管理当中的科学运用值得建筑企业深入研究,为企业的健康长效发展奠定基础.
