    社会经济正在迅速的发展,建筑行业因此得到了较大的发展机遇.土建施工项目是建筑工程的重要组成部分,强化土建施工技术管理,对提升土建工程质量,保证建筑施工安全都具有直接的关系.本文首先分析加强土建施工技术管理的意义,然后探讨目前建筑工程土建施工技术管理中存在的问题,最后提出有效的管理措施,望采纳.
