    Abstract：

    随着我国社会经济的快速发展,我国城市现代化进程日益加快,市政公用工程作为城市现代化的重要组成部分,其施工质量直接影响市政公用工程建设的成败,更是直接与人民群众的切身利益相关.为了保证市政公用工程的质量,必须要加强施工现场的管理模式和方法.本文市政公用工程实施的经验上,对于施工现场存在的一些问题进行了说明,并提出了各种要素的改进措施.
