    Abstract：

    在当今世界科学技术的发展和进步下,城市服务建设行业的发展进入一个新的台阶,PPP投融资是高速公路建设最重要的一个环节.随着城市服务功能的进步与发展,PPP投融资模式有很多东西需要改进.本文主要针对当前PPP投融资模式设计中存在的问题进行分析,找出发生问题的原因,找到一系列补救的措施从根本上减少问题的发生,从而为城市公共服务高速公路的建设做出贡献.
