    相对于传统的工程施工总承包模式,设计采购施工总承包(EPC)模式正逐步在建设工程各领域得到越来越多的重视与应用,相关的管理理念和管理模式也越来越广泛地被工程行业所接受,设计、采购、施工等传统模式下相对独立的系统因为EPC模式正越来越紧密地相互联系、相互影响和相互促进.本文主要围绕计采购施工总承包(EPC)模式在工程建设行业的应用展开论述.
