    Abstract：

    随着我国经济的快速发展,国家越来越重视住宅设计中的BIM技术发展,并且在住宅建筑活动不断增加的情况下,BIM技术应用于在住宅施工设计领域越来越广,已经直接影响到住宅建筑的质量.采用这项技术不仅能够直接的将建筑设计方案进行优化,还能够提高设计的效率.因此,本文主要针对现阶段的BIM技术在住宅设计及施工中的应用进行简要分析并提出合理化建议.
