    Abstract：

    随着我国经济的不断发展,建筑行业也在随着不断发展.现阶段对于建筑工程的质量要求也越来越高,促进着建筑行业各项技术也在不断进步,其中进步最为明显的就是建筑工程的屋面防水技术,而且屋面防水也在逐渐建立质量管理体制,在确保屋面防水施工质量的同时,还要确保其在日后的使用过程中没有问题,提高建筑物的质量,从而提高人们对建筑行业的满意度,以此促进建筑行业的长久发展.本文简单分析了屋面防水工作的重要性,阐述影响防水施工质量的因素,探讨屋面防水的施工技术,以供参考.
