    高层住宅建筑施工不仅反映了科技水平的提高与进步,更能有效缓解我国住房紧张矛盾,对提高土地资源利用率具有重要的意义.随着城市化进程的加剧,高层住宅越来越普遍.高层住宅和普通多层住宅有着一定的区别,所以房建施工技术有着其特殊性,本文主要探讨了高层住宅的房建施工技术的要点和特点,对高层住宅房建施工中的常见问题与施工技术进行了探讨,旨在提高高层住宅房建施工质量与技术水平.
