    新时期,水利工程是国家重点建设工作,在社会经济发展中发挥着重要的作用,与人们的生命财产安全息息相关.我国的江河湖泊数量比较多,洪涝灾害的发生概率比较大,如果发生严重的洪涝灾害,会产生特别严重后果,产生较大的经济损失.在水利堤防工程当中,通过采用先进的施工技术,能够保证水利堤防工程总体质量.本文深入工作实际,有效的对相关技术进行讨论,希望进一步研究能够为水利工程建设工作开展奠定良好基础.
