    Abstract：

    随着城市化建设不断推进,促进了建筑工程行业的发展,而防渗漏问题成为影响建筑工程质量,房屋建筑性能的重要因素,致使防渗漏施工成为建筑工程建设中的重点环节.通过防渗漏施工技术的有效应用,不但能够保障工程建设的质量,而且还有助于提高建筑物的使用寿命,保证人们的生命财产安全.鉴于此情况下,本文主要对防渗漏施工技术的重要性进行了阐述,重点对建筑施工中防渗漏施工技术展开深入研究.
