    Abstract：

    本文以城镇化绿色发展为着力点构建了人口绿色、经济绿色、社会绿色和空间绿色四个子系统及其各系统的评价指标.在熵值法的基础上,融合序关系分析法构建了政策体现式综合评价法,并将其运用测度河南省18个地市2018年绿色城镇化的发展效率水平.研究认为:相对于熵值法而言,政策体现式综合评价法能够体现评价对象的政策导向变化;总体上看,河南省绿色城镇化发展不平衡,呈现出"北高南低、西高东低"的分布趋势.
