    Abstract：

    目前,高职语文课堂缺乏职业汉语能力的培养,缺乏对学生语言交际能力的考量,单纯强调人文属性而忽视了工具属性,与学生的专业特点和实践能力相分离。为此,高职语文教学改革要以职业汉语能力培养为重点,有针对性地开展语文教学活动,在课程定位、课程资源开发、课堂教学及全过程考核评价等方面全面实现以职业汉语能力导向的改革目标。本文以职业汉语能力培养为突破,分析了职业汉语能力培养的必要性,并提出了适合高职语文教学改革能力培养的有效对策。
