    吉林省涉农院校开展“学习筑梦”课建，高校首先需要明确“学习筑梦”教学方针，包括坚持“以人为本”以党的方针为主导、提升学生综合素质。以坚定马克思信念、树立共同理想、保持信心信念作为“学习筑梦”课建目标指导，并积极发现“学习筑梦”课建中存在的问题并制定针对性措施，由此充分发挥“学习筑梦”课建对于提培养新时代高素质全能型人才的积极作用。
