    信息技术已经获得空前发展，渗透在人们日常生活的各个部分，同时也在向初中教育管理方面进行渗透。用信息技术促进学校管理，创新学校管理方式，避免原有的管理机制出现的弊端，给学校管理工作带来新思路。所以，重视初中学校管理方式的改变，将信息技术在初中学校管理中进行有效运用，既可协助学校提升校园管理水平，也可推动校园管理效率的提升，为学校发挥其自身教育能力提供物质基础。
