    Abstract：

    小学数学具有较强的逻辑思维，部分学生在学习过程中缺乏数学思维，无法满足核心素养下学科素养的培养目标，这也对当下教学工作的开展提出了更高的要求。小学数学教师作为教学工作的主导者，为提升教学效果，应立足教学活动的优化，对学生的学习兴趣进行提升，落实小学生核心素养的培养。
