    Abstract：

    发展学生思维能力，培养学生学习思考的习惯，可以促进学生数学学习质量的提高，同时提升学生的数学学习能力。而课堂提问可以发展学生思维，并培养学生思考的习惯，教师有效的预设数学课堂提问，并合理地调控数学课堂提问，就可以提高小学数学课堂提问的有效性，从而就可以达到发展学生思维、培养学生思考习惯的目的。本文从课堂问题的预设和调控两个方面入手，阐述了提高小学数学课堂提问质量的有效策略。
