    Abstract：

    随着近几年大量中国外资银行主体业务的更大规模地的进入，促使着国内各地大型政策性银行的崛起，推进了中国各项重大金融领域内部体制改革。因此，研究如何为了更好地适应和国内和当前的进行国家金融信息利用体制改革，合理有效利用国内外社会现有的大量重要金融档案信息资源，已逐渐越来越成为我国目前许多地方金融部门档案体系建设及其管理改革研究等工作任务的其中一大核心。本文将主要阐述我国目前金融档案管理现状和一些措施。
