Abstract：
目前国内大部分的电力工程采用EPC承包方式，由总承包商负责工程的前期设计、材料采购和后期施工。由于其管理方式的特殊性，不能替代施工单位开展安全管理，但在发生安全事故时，仍然需要承担相应的责任。本文立足于分析火电工程施工现场的特点以及EPC项目安全管理存在的问题，探讨了火电工程施工EPC项目安全管理的具体措施，旨在为提升管理水平提供参考。
