Abstract：
小学数学具有很强的逻辑思维能力。部分学生在学习过程中缺乏数学思维，无法达到核心素养下的学科素养培养目标。这也对当前的教学工作提出了更高的要求。小学数学教师作为教学工作的领导者，应立足于优化教学活动，提高学生的学习兴趣，实施小学生核心素养的培养，以提高教学效果。本文主要就小学生数学学科核心素养的培养进行了分析。
