Abstract：
中职会计教学要以培养符合用人单位的会计专业人才为目标，当前用人单位要求会计专业的人才要掌握全面的专业技能，传统的中职会计人才培养方案难以满足这一要求。1+X证书制度的实施能够进一步提升学生的知识技能，让学生获得多种专业技术证书，在这一背景下，中职会计专业也应该及时调整人才培养方案，革新教学模式，促进学历教育和技能教育的有效融合。文章就1+X证书制度下的中职会计教学模式进行探析。
