    房地产项目当中作为工程监理不但要控制项目施工的质量和进度，同时也要做好安全施工管理。本文首先对于房地产项目中工程监理的作用进行分析，同时对于房地产项目工程监理的工作要点进行探讨，从而对于房地产项目工程监理工作中的现存问题进行探析，最后对于房地产项目工程监理提升工作质量的策略进行研究。希望通过本文，能够为工程监理工作的顺利开展提供一些参考和帮助。
