    Abstract：

    经中华人民共和国成立以来几次治理，奎濉河干流及其主要支流河道的排水条件已得到初步改善，提高了防洪除涝标准，但随着流域经济社会的发展和人民生活水平的提高，对水利提出了新的更高要求，本文通过分析整理奎濉河存在的问题，结合实际调度运用经验，结合流域规划，提出了奎濉河的治理方案。
