    随着时代不断变迁发展，人们的生活越发渴望在精神生活上得到质的提升。面对冷漠的水泥城市，一种新的模式应时诞生——邻里中心，又可称为“街坊中心”，是一种新型的社区服务概念，是为社区居民提供集各种功能于一体的“一站式”配套生活服务设施的综合性中心。
