    Abstract：

    本文围绕工程监理风险展开分析，引入全周期管理理论，明确了工程风险管理的不同阶段，在此基础上，从工程风险识别、风险分析评估、风险控制决策三个方面分析工程监理风险管理要点，为增强研究分析现实意义，引入案例研究法，以某市政公路工程监理为例展开分析，基于该工程项目概况及实际情况展开风险识别及分析评估，进一步指出该工程项目监理风险控制决策措施，以供参考。
