Abstract：
近些年来，社会各界对建设项目的全流程风险重视程度越来越高，建设项目的风险控制已经成为项目建设全流程管理的重要一环。本文对建设项目全流程风险管理进行全面研究，并以广西A房地产开发项目为案例，对这一全流程风险管理案例进行了实践性的剖析，最后提出了优化建设项目全流程风险管理的举措。期望能够推动建设项目降低全流程建设中的风险，实现管理效能升级。
