    Abstract：

    本文通过对信创产业街区空间特征的研究工作介绍，概述规划设计前期策研阶段建筑师将目标产业特征、建设功能设定、空间布局要点三者建立分析模型的实践方法，用生产生活场景分析技术将规划设计与建筑设计之间的弹性工区进行有机关联，进而改善规划与建筑实践中的分层与冲突。
