随着社会的快速发展，住宅项目越来越多，建筑要求也越来越高。这就是为什么我们需要负起全面的监控责任，以确保工程质量符合相关要求。结合对当前工程范围和特点的分析，保障房监测还存在诸多问题和隐患，必须对相关问题给予足够重视，积极开展全面的监测质量监测，确保相关监理工作符合实际需要，完成对工程整体质量的控制和提高，促进建筑业的长期有效发展。
