基于网络药理学探究绿豆调治痤疮的作用机制

Abstract：
目的本文运用网络药理学方法，研究绿豆调治痤疮的机制。方法收集绿豆成分、作用靶点和疾病靶点；将靶点在Uniprot数据库校正后取交集基因；对交集基因进行PPI分析和KEGG信号通路富集分析。结果确定绿豆调治痤疮的活性成分6个，核心靶点6个，作用机制有调节性激素、抗炎、调节皮脂代谢。结论本研究揭示了绿豆调治痤疮的作用机制，为后续研究提供数据支持及参考，也为绿豆的特色功能性食药开发提供参考依据。
