Abstract：
中职学生是一个与普通学生不同的群体，大多数学生都处于15-18岁这一年龄段，学生的心理没有发展成熟，在职业学校学习的过程中，会遇到很多与心理健康相关的问题，就需要班主任能够及时发现、及时解决，引导学生养成健康的心理。心理健康教育在学生未来的发展过程中非常重要，因此班主任在日常教育管理的过程中，要时时刻刻将心理健康教育渗透在其中，保障学生的心理健康。
