Abstract：
随着市场经济的发展，企业文化概念逐渐普及，企业文化的重视程度逐步提高。得到市场和公众认可的拥有优秀文化的企业，比其他企业更容易获得市场，提升经济绩效。但目前国内许多企业对企业文化的理解仍较为浅薄，对于企业文化的建设不够重视，因而无法发挥出企业文化在实践管理活动中的多重作用。实际上，提高企业管理效率、提升经营业绩、实现企业管理目标，离不开企业文化的建设。
