Abstract：
随着信息技术的飞速发展，信息化教学的模式已成为当前教育发展的必然，与此同时对于传统的教学方式也带来了较大的冲击。在这样的背景之下，教师信息化教学能力的高低将会直接影响到课堂教学质量及效率，这就需要教师在小学信息技术教学的过程之中，注重自身信息化教学能力的提升，以此来为学生提供良好的课堂教育，全面提高信息技术教学的质量。本文从培养多元化教学能力、建设网络教育资源以及完善培训考核体系这三个方面入手，阐述了提高教师信息化教学能力的具体策略。
