Abstract：
新课改要求教师注重学生的个性培养与全面发展，教师只有基于因材施教理念开展初中化学教学，才能在教学中实践学生的个性培养，且促进学生的全面发展。分层教学法是符合因材施教教育理念的，教师可以在初中化学教学中应用分层教学法，使学生成为教学的主体，提升学生的学习兴趣和课堂参与度，为学生的全面性发展打下基础。本文从划分层次、分层任务与分层评价三个方面入手，阐述了在初中化学教学中应用分层教学法的策略与价值。
