    以皖西地区（六安市）的居住建筑为例，分别就既有建筑节能情况、建筑节能情况以及主要开发商和购房者的节能意识等方面进行了大量的调查工作，查阅相关资料，结合地区的实际情况，从影响建筑节能的因素、建筑节能设计的技术性措施等方面介绍了住宅建筑节能设计。
