Abstract：
近年来，我国的经济水平持续提高，城市化水平也呈上升趋势，伴随而来的城市交通情况也变得更加复杂多变。为了更好地满足人们的出行需求，使城市道路更好地服务于民，就需要以安全性为依据进行有效的城市道路交通运营管理。基于此，本文探讨了目前在城市轨道交通运营管理过程中所存在的问题，然后提出了一些合理的改进措施，以供参考。
