Abstract：
在城市化建设不断推进的过程中，我国自然环境承受了巨大压力，水资源越发短缺，水环境受到污染和破坏，这些问题会给人们的生产生活带来严重威胁，给城市化建设带来阻力。为实现城市经济建设与自然环境保护的同步推进，落实以绿水青山为本的可持续发展道路，有关部门需要在城市建设过程中加强对水资源和水环境的重视力度，优化水土保持措施。本文阐述了水土流失的危害，探索了水土保持对水资源和水环境的影响。
